Pec's sore from yesterday's ring dips?! Try out this awesome tension release w/ or w/o flossing from @acumobility ・・・ #Repost @acumobility ・・・ 🔷PEC RELEASE with added Flossing and tensioning🔷This is awesome for limited Shoulder range of motion, opening up the chest and arm issues. 🔷Start by wrapping the Floss on your arm at 50-60% intensity so you can keep it on for 1-2 minutes. Then use one @acumobility ball on the Pec muscle locating a tender trigger point. Use a second @acumobility ball in your hand - squeeze it as you put your arm through range of motion for added fascial Tensioning. 🔷Do 5-10 reps on each trigger point and find 3-4 trigger points in the pec muscle. Take the Floss off within 1-2 minutes or when your fingers start feeling numb (which may be sooner). @nspinosa

Check out this fantastic transformation... Suzanne is crushing the #tradewindstransformation game!! • • • Repost @suzi_q3 • • • The picture to the right was a year ago at the Spartan Beast, I was also 14/15 lbs heavier. The picture to the left was today, while on my lunch hour. I spent it running/racing Chris tracking it on Map my run because we work in different towns. 😉This picture proves that hard work does pay off and I have Chris and Tradewinds to thank for that! No Matter what life throws at me, I just kept plugging away the best that I could/can. It hasn't been easy but the Tradewinds Nutrition program we did in May really showed us how to eat at the right times to fuel our bodies properly. I continue to use it today! I'm not perfect. Cheat food exists in my diet, like sat night Bianchi's well done pizza! Or... a Juicy burger a Wahlburgers! I just balance it out the best I can. I'm not just having shakes, or salad. I have carbs, I have fat 🥓🥓, I pretty much eat everything but just at the right times. I am physically stronger than I have ever been and I'm super excited about it. I love challenging myself physically, always have. So from the bottom and top of my ❤️Thank you Tradewinds! Thank you Chris! Love you guys! here's 🍻to a sports bra at 42- which I haven't done since high-school. 😜Oh and my daughter faced timed me when I finished running and said " why you walking around town in a sports bra Maa?"
