The Elements Program is made up of 4 one-hour private classes scheduled on your time with an instructor. During each class athletes will be introduced to several specific movements that are used in CrossFit programming. First the instructor will review important mobility movements to prepare the athlete for each of the movements. Then the instructor will introduce the movements paying close attention to the necessary technique and form cues. The instructor will work closely with the athlete to ensure each movement is being performed safely and efficiently. Each class will include a custom circuit style WOD (workout of the day), specific to the movements that were introduced.
